A respected Southern California law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney (6-10+ years) to join its growing litigation practice in Irvine, CA.

This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys taking ownership of cases, wants meaningful courtroom exposure, and is looking for a long-term home with a stable firm known for its strong culture and low turnover.

? Manage cases from inception through resolution
? Handle depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trials
? Serve in a first-chair capacity when appropriate
? Work on employment, shareholder, contract, real estate, healthcare, and other business disputes
? Collaborate directly with an experienced trial attorney and litigation leader

? 6-10+ years of litigation experience
? Real trial experience required
? Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
? Strong writing, advocacy, and client-facing skills
? Former DA, Public Defender, AG, or experienced civil litigator backgrounds welcome

Compensation & Benefits: ?? $175K-$250K base salary+ bonus
